Elaine began her Career:

Elaine was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, where she fell in love with skiing at beautiful Mammoth Mountain, which inspired her and her husband to move to Lake Tahoe in 1973! As she and her husband began to purchase their personal properties, remodeling, decorating, and staging, Elaine found her passion for real estate and became licensed in 2002. Calling Lake Tahoe home for nearly 46 years, she decided to transition to the warmer weather and is now residing in Granite Bay!

Elaine's Professional Background:

Elaine welcomes every opportunity and pledges to deliver only the most exceptional attention and service to all of her clients. She is astute and can calmly and confidently shift gears when necessary to succeed on her clients' best behalf. "I love my job. I am passionate about my work and the clients and the community I serve." Two-decades working in an award-winning real estate career, and throughout her former professions, Elaine has worked with all walks of life. And from which she touts, she learned life's most important lesson: to listen. This experience is the foundation of her ability to build a level of trust with her clients that is an essential attribute in the real estate business. Elaine only aligns herself with organizations and associations that are consistent with the highest ethical standards.

Who is Elaine beside a rockstar Realtor?

Elaine is a wife, mother, and dedicated grandmother! She has been married to her husband for 46 years! Elaine's husband Rich retired from Vail Resorts, as a Director of the Lift Maintenance Dept. at Northstar CA after 46 years in the ski industry. Elaine and her husband moved from the Tahoe area in 2016, and still connect to Tahoe. She and her husband have found Granite Bay, where she now calls home to be consistent with their love of the outdoors, the good vibes of the nearby surroundings, hiking, biking trails, and the beauty of many lakes and rivers. "What a great lifestyle!"

"It is a wonderful place to call home. I am eager to earn your trust, to share my talents as a realtor, my experience, and provide you with my excellent negotiating skills, and more. I will take you through the process with ease and good care. I am grateful for the many referrals that have come my way through previous clients and friends."

Now proudly serving Sacramento/Tahoe Region, Elaine is confident that her progressive approach to marketing and uncompromising service, combined with Coldwell Banker's unparalleled resources, will create a winning combination.

   Elaine Durazo Real Estate

" Elaine Durazo has served as our realtor for the last eight years. We purchased our first Tahoe condo from her. We were so pleased with her professionalism and attention to detail that we have just purchased our second condo in Tahoe and she is our agent. I think it is safe to say that she will always be our agent. Elaine is available to discuss our questions and concerns. She is responsive in a timely manner and we feel that we can always count on her professional and honest opinion. Elaine is very knowledgeable about the Lake Tahoe market and she always takes the time to explore all possibilities regarding properties that are currently on the market. It has been a pleasure working with Elaine and I have recommended her to our friends and family. In these crazy times it has been an absolute pleasure working with someone who is at the top of her game with regard to knowledge of the market and who has an ethical and honest approach. "
